What’s the difference between an all-in-one vape and a 510 cartridge?

An all-in-one (AIO) is a single sealed unit with the battery and tank built together. The consumer uses it until the oil is gone. A 510 cartridge is a separate tank that screws onto a reusable battery. AIOs offer simpler branding, no compatibility issues, and a consistent consumer experience from first hit to last.

What tank sizes do your all-in-ones come in?

We offer AIOs ranging from 0.5G up to 5G. The X Mini handles 0.5G to 1G and the Pure 2.0 covers 0.5G to 1.25G. The Supermini handles 1G to 2G and the Air Mini covers 0.5G to 2G. Our large-format units go bigger—the Magnum handles 1G to 4G and the Air covers 2G to 5G. The XL and XLS feature dual tanks (0.5G–1G per tank and 0.5G–2G per tank, respectively) for even more versatility.

Can I customize the look of my all-in-one?

Accepted Answer

Fully. Every unit can be customized with your brand’s colors, coatings (soft touch, matte, glossy, metallic), printing (silk screen, spot UV, 360° digital, foils, laser etching), and mouthpiece style. Custom products are delivered in approximately six weeks.

What oil types work with your all-in-one vapes?

Accepted Answer

All of them. Every Finished Goods AIO ships with a PrecisionFlow™ atomizer that we tune to your specific oil, whether that’s distillate, live resin, liquid diamonds, rosin, or any other formulation. Certain units are more commonly paired with specific oils based on their features, but any unit can be configured for any oil type.

Do your all-in-ones work with automated filling systems?

Yes. All our AIOs ship pre-racked in 25, 50, or 100 unit trays and are compatible with filling systems from Thompson Duke, Detroit Dispensing Solutions (DDS), ATG Pharma, Vape Jet, and all other popular filling platforms.

How should I fill and cap your all-in-one vapes?

Accepted Answer

Heat oil to the lowest possible temperature (never above 125°F). Use an 18-gauge or smaller blunt-tip needle. Leave 1–2mm of headspace. Cap within 2 minutes of filling by hand, or consult us before machine capping. Store upside down for 1 hour after capping, then right side up for 2–3 days before testing.
